What is the minimum order quantity for metal coolers?
Selected 13L and 15L retro coolers are listed at 200 pieces, and a 54L stainless steel model at 100 pieces. A selected outdoor cooler cart and a speaker cooler are listed from 2 pieces. These are model-specific catalog minimums; custom colors, artwork and packaging may require a different quantity.
Can I start with a small order or sample?
Selected catalog configurations have 1–2 piece minimums. Tell Andy which model you want to evaluate and whether it needs custom artwork. Sample availability, sample cost and shipping are quoted for that configuration; a low catalog minimum does not mean a free or custom-branded sample.
Can you customize the logo, color and packaging?
The program includes color and artwork customization, with hardware and packaging options discussed by model. Send a vector logo or artwork file, color references, logo position and order quantity. Approve the agreed design and sample before production.
How long do sampling and production take?
Timing depends on the selected model, customization, order quantity and current production schedule. Request separate sample, production and shipping estimates in your quotation. Your required arrival date and destination help the team plan a suitable schedule.
What packing and shipping information should I request?
Ask for carton dimensions, gross weight, units per carton and any pallet requirements for your selected model. Share the destination country or port and sales channel so the quotation can distinguish product cost, freight and the agreed delivery terms.
What should I send to receive a useful quotation?
