Production and customization
The partner's production gallery documents cutting, stamping and forming, washing, painting, drying, inspection and packing. Its profile lists pressing, hydraulic pressing, laser cutting and bending equipment, together with color, drawing-based and sample-based customization services.
Select the cooler body and capacity first, then define the finish, artwork, hardware and packaging. Document the approved configuration so the sample, purchase specification and production order refer to the same requirements.
Quality requirements for your order
The partner profile reports material inspection records, supplier evaluation and quality-management processes. For your own order, agree which checks and records are needed before committing to production.
- Dimensions, capacity designation and agreed material specification.
- Finish, color and artwork compared with the approved reference.
- Lid, handle, latch and wheel checks applicable to the selected model.
- Carton identification, packing method and shipment inspection requirements.
This is a buyer specification checklist, not a published test report. Performance ratings, material grades and destination-specific compliance must be tied to the selected product and supporting documentation.
