Forming, inspection and export packing
The supplied photographs show forming, cooler handling at an inspection worktable and packed cartons. They document visible workflow stages; they are not dated inspection reports or proof of a particular test outcome.
Production and customization
Public supplier profiles describe metal and plastic cooler-box manufacturing, cooler carts and OEM/ODM service. The production gallery documents cutting, stamping and forming, washing, painting, drying, inspection and packing. Select the cooler body and capacity first, then define finish, artwork, hardware and packaging in the approved order specification.
Quality requirements for your order
Agree the inspection scope before committing to production. The following is a buyer checklist, not a claim that every item is automatically included:
- Dimensions, nominal capacity, material and component specification.
- Finish, color and artwork compared with the approved reference.
- Lid, liner, handle, latch, drain, wheel and assembly checks applicable to the selected model.
- Carton identification, packing method, included hardware and shipment inspection requirements.
- Any test method, certificate scope or destination-specific document required by the buyer.
Performance ratings, material grades and compliance statements must be tied to the selected product and supporting documentation.
