How the inquiry builder works

The inquiry builder prepares a message in your browser. It does not submit the entered fields to a MetalCoolerWorks form server or store them in browser storage. Choosing WhatsApp or email opens that service with the message you prepared. You review and send the message there.

Information you send us

If you contact Andy, your message may include contact details, product requirements, artwork and commercial information. We use that information to respond and coordinate your requested quotation or project. Relevant specifications and artwork may be shared with our manufacturing partner to evaluate and fulfill the project.

Website services

The website uses Vercel hosting and, on the homepage, Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. Google Fonts supplies the website font. These services receive connection information needed to deliver their services. Inquiry field contents are not included in our custom website analytics events.

WhatsApp and your email provider process messages under their own terms and privacy practices. Opening a prepared message does not mean it has been sent or received by Andy.

Questions about your information

Contact andy@metalcoolerworks.com about access, corrections or deletion of information you have sent. Avoid including payment-card information, passwords or unrelated personal details in an inquiry.
