Wholesale buyer questions
What information should I send for a 7L cooler quotation?
Include the carry-handle compact box, quantity, destination, logo file or decoration brief, preferred color, packing and required arrival date. We will confirm MOQ, sample options, production timing and the final specification.
Can I order a pre-production sample?
Ask for sample availability and cost for the exact configuration. Approve the exterior, liner, hardware, decoration and packed sample before authorizing production. A sample with a different finish or construction is a reference, not final approval.
How many bottles or cans fit?
Nominal capacity is not a verified beverage count. Send the beverage dimensions and desired ice allowance, then request a loading photograph or physical fit check using the selected sample.
How are private-label colors and artwork approved?
Agree the finish, logo position, artwork size, color references and decoration method. Review an artwork proof and the corresponding physical sample; confirm carton artwork and any retail labeling separately.
