Metal Cooler Size Guide: 7L to 73L
Compare compact retro coolers, horizontal metal chests, speaker coolers and wheeled formats using capacity, construction, dimensions and the intended buying brief.

Choose by construction first, then capacity
For a compact gift or tabletop display, compare the 7L, 13L and 15L formats. For a horizontal portable chest, compare 20L and 30L. The 50L speaker cooler adds an audio-module buying decision; a 73L cart or wagon adds mobility and assembly questions. Nominal liters help build the shortlist, while interior fit and the physical sample determine suitability.

Why a larger number does not settle the decision
Container fit and ice space
A tall bottle and a short can use space differently. Send the dimensions of your actual contents, how they should stand or lie, and the desired ice allowance. Request a sample fit check before printing a beverage-count claim.
Exterior footprint
Compare the cooler with the intended retail shelf, gift package, counter or storage area. Confirm lid-opening clearance and handle position on a drawing.
Moving and lifting
Net weight excludes contents. A wagon, serving cart and portable chest have different handling arrangements. Ask for the relevant handle, wheel and assembly checks for your intended use.
Export packing
Request the packed sample, units per carton and any separate accessory packs. Use the packing and container guide for freight planning after the configuration is fixed.
